What Plant Hire Periods are Available?

Most plant hire is available for hire from a minimum of 1 day.  
Our hire period structure is as follows:
1 Day – Hire is for 24 hours from the time of receipt of our equipment.
2 Days – Hire is for 48 hours from the time of receipt  of our equipment.
3 Days - Hire is for 72 hours from the time of receipt of our equipment.
1 Week – Hire is for 5 days from the time of receipt of our equipment.
Weekends – Weekend hire will be from4:30pm on the Friday until 7:30am on the Monday.
Over 1 Week – Hire will be charged at the number of full weeks and each day is charged at 1/7th of the weekly hire rate.

Do I have to Pay a Deposit?

Unless you have a credit account a deposit must be paid. Each product has a set deposit value.

How can I make a Payment?

Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or credit card / debit card. We accept all major cards with the exception of American Express.

Do I need Proof of Identity?

For new customers you may be asked for proof of identity. This should be a drivers license or passport. A photo is taken at the time of hire when you sign the hire contract? Account customers     employees may be asked for ID, should they be unknown to us.

Can I open a Credit Account?

Yes. If you are going to be a regular hirer, we would be pleased to have you open a credit account. Credit account applications will be subject to normal credit checks.

Do You Offer a Delivery and Collection Service?

Yes. We can offer a local delivery and collection service. The charge varies depending on the exact area location. We are able to deliver anywhere in Fife at a reasonable transport rate. Please ask our staff for a price for your area.

What About Insurance?

We do not offer a damage waiver on our plant hire. All damage will be charged accordingly (excluding fair wear and tear). It is the hirers responsibility to insure all equipment against theft or loss. Equipment will be charged on a new for old basis.
